Well, moderately large portions! The onion roast was very juicy, unfortunately the price too!

Delicious beer :). The salads also taste very good there, large portions. In summer you can also sit outside nicely.

As a "frequent visitor" to our brewery, I can only say: top service, great beer, very tasty food and a great atmosphere. Always happy to come back. Keep it up!

The food was really very good and the service very nice and helpful (honestly advised me against an expensive drink and recommended a better, cheaper one). Only the shortened opening times are not ideal.

Nice brewery in the heart of Echterdingen. Very close to the train station. Parking facilities available. The homemade beer tastes good, service is courteous. The service jokes, which are always the same, get boring over time. The card is very reduced. There are maybe ten different dishes. Which is not a bad thing. However, I would still like a salad that is not with salmon. The interior is very appealing to sit and linger. The small outdoor area also, unfortunately very noisy, as it is right on the main road. The restaurant can't help it. It tries hard to hide this with hedges and other plants, but unfortunately doesn't help much in the end. Nevertheless, we would love to come back. The food tastes good and is not too spicy, which suits us very well. Quality is great. And the kitchen is very fast. Food always came within a few minutes. See you soon

A great Braugasthof with a good kitchen and delicious beer. The beer garden is beautifully sunny. The kitchen offers a modern and varied menu.

Very cozy and good plain food. Nice personel. I am always very satisfied. The only drawback for cocktails you have to the hotel bar.

Attractive, modern brewery restaurant with predominantly Swabian cuisine and solid own beer. The pretty sweet beer cocktails are also interesting. The service is good and warm with fair prices. Incidentally, the sanitary facilities are fantastic. Usually a reservation is recommended (currently you definitely don't need one ...).

Solid brewery with delicious beer, good selection and quality of food. Service prompt, friendly and attentive. The dessert (picture) was a blast (I forgot the real name - something with apple)

Reviewed many local options and chose to come here. Primarily for the ‘Schwäbische Küche’. I had the traditional Maultaschen. Overall the taste was good. To be honest it’s a simple kitchen that you can watch at the bar. Most foods are reheated. The best part was the freshly prepared salad. It had many customers and reserved tables. It a part of the hotel. Disappointing that even if you eat in any restaurants you don’t get parked validated. The beers were also good. What I saw that looked delicious was the a Swiss Wurst Salad.

Beautiful location with a great atmosphere. Very tastefully own brewed beer with high quality. The food is great as well, local dishes and more familiar dishes. The personell is excellent, friendly, expertised and customer orientated. I had a great evening!

Great beer, nice place

Super friendly and courteous staff. The brewery has a stylish decor and looks very comfortable due to the brewery character. I ordered the snack board and was impressed both by the quantity and the quality. The recommendation I received from a co-worker without whose intervention I probably would have waived dinner. A good recommendation! Due to the two levels, the Brauchaus does not seem so big and it is still possible to get a good place even in a well-attended room. I will gladly come again!

Great classic German food and beers

Friendly service, good food, comfortable & relaxed atmosphere - and of course great beer!

Well, to start with positive thinking, this is only German restaurant we have managed to find in this area. The food is good, no doupt about it. They recognize their monopol position and act accordingly. Service is really slow and arogant. You can expect that as typical German restaurant, but here they have refine it at artistic level. Do not expect to get beer served in 15min after order. And as grande finale, it is almost impossible to pay your bill. You have to go to bar and plead for possibility to pay. Once you finally get some attendance they tell you that there is only one card register unit and it is currently occupied some where so you have to wait until the holy machine finally appears. We have visited twice in past 6 months as we could not believe our first experience. Now it seems they do have certified quality manual which keeps the process costant and repeatable. My recommendation is avoid at all cost. One star due there is no possibility for zero score.

It isn't often that you find a full fledged brewery inside a hotel restaurant, so if you do, it is worth checking out. There is a great seasonal menu with traditional German dishes, so you're on for something special at any time of year. The food was delicious, and the beer paired perfectly. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

What can I say, I expected a little more experienced service.. It was our first time, and we just wanted to try.. We were given a table underneath the large tree, on the left side as you walk in.. Allot of little flies and mosquitoes, so take care.. Food came quick, and it looked tasty..see pictures. It took 10 minutes to get a second water bottle delivered to the table.. Not Team work was seen, but I am sure they must have some communication between themselves.. The waiter, when taking the order did not understand us, or we didn't understand him. We asked for Chicken with Fries, and we got chicken salad with Fries extra on the side..we couldn't Eat everything.. Food was tasty and fries really good. No up selling ever made or any deserts offered.. Allot of potential..

Amazing food and atmospehere

Great brewery! Due to the high windows, it is pleasantly bright. The decor is rustic and very modern. Everything was very clean, including the toilet area, which is amazingly classy. The food is good, the beer anyway and the prices are reasonable. The service is friendly and mostly attentive by the bank.

This is my kind of place. Nothing special, to be honest. Average beer and food. But I feel myself really cozy here.
